I agree the draft is where you build your team but it doesn't usually change things in one year. Needs to be consistently good every year.

Yes, 2 years ago we won the division and everything looked great so Spielman drafted "for the future" and so far none of those picks from last years draft have contributed in any way shape or form, so I think he needs to hit a homerun this draft, can grab an OL player or 2 that wont play much this year, but needs to get some players that can play THIS season

The draft is such a crapshoot. Sometimes you hit it with guys like Diggs or Hunter. Other times you get a Kalil or Beavers. But Spielman definitely has to have more hits than misses the next draft or two.
