We have had a superstar on offense for a long time, until now. Carter, Moss, AD, who's next? Maybe without one we become a better overall team? Who knows....maybe we draft one....... maybe we don't need one.........

I loved that throw.... I thought the Vikings were going to attack the endzone all season... even if it wasn't there.... and then the last 10 games of the season happened. Don't get me wrong... Bradford still threw some outstanding passes during those games... but we just never seemed to call the right play when inside the redzone... Edit - Oh Dammit! I will never get used to the size of those things! hahahahahaha!

Better off having a solid team and not the superstars with mediocre talent around them. The Vikings are proof that model doesn't work. QB, coach and scheme are what count, not a stupid RB or WR and mediocre talent at the more important positions.

That was my immediate thought.

Well of course, but I was just referring to individual personnel, not position groups. I've said for years that you give me a team with a good QB and good OL and good coach, and I'd say you'd win a lot of games. Of course you have to have competency elsewhere too, but you don't need stars as long as your QB can operate freely. I believe the coach takes care of a lot of the rest. Just look at the garbage teams like the Fudge-Packers and Cheatriot scum trot out there in some years. Yet they win a lot because of the QB/Coach/Scheme.
