Is he an upgrade? Don't know much about him. The only thing I know is he is not better than #1 in the second list

Here's my list of free agents I'd target or kick tires on:
- Former Bills nickel CB N Robey-Coleman: I live in Western NY (Bills territory) and many fans are wondering whey they let him go. He's not a great slot CB, but certainly decent, potentially on Captain's level (had a slightly better 2016 PFF grade than Captain) and he's younger than Captain being only 25. This would allow Alexander to backup the outside CB's or inside slot CB's.
- T Newman: it just has to be cheap, and I'm wondering if he would mind sliding to S
- TJ Lang: I don't think they will sign another "big" FA on the OL since it would give them 4 "big" contracts in Boone, Lang, Reiff and Remmers...but it would go along way in solidifying the interior of the line and take away a nice player from a division rival; otherwise, we're getting at least one G in the 2017 Draft, but I wouldn't mind a G/C comobo like the Ohio St or LSU prospects
- L Murray / D Williams / Blount: just a RB that won't cost much to hedge on the 2017 Drafted rookie not working out. Not high on Lacey.
- LB Z Brown or LB G Hodges: this would go a long ways to shore up the run D if we can't land another interior DL. Both are coming off solid years w/ their teams and are still relatively young and hopefully shouldn't cost much
- WR Michael Floyd: we completely whiffed on a #1 WR in Jeffrey and Pryor, but Floyd has alot to prove and might play hard and potentially be a cheap hedge in case Treadwell doesn't improve.
