So what you guy's cooking today for Father's day? I've got a smaller 8 lb. brisket on the smoker right now. Low and slow overnight to have it ready for this evening. Yes it's 2:00 AM and I'm monitoring the situation with a wee bit of bourbon in my glass. 😀

Hey I'm putting this out there because I did not know such a thing existed. So if you have a newer (2016 and newer) 3 or 4 burner Weber Genesis grill you can turn it into a griddle with this insert. After seeing this I got one ordered up.

I got a brisket on the smoker today and came across this video yesterday. I do believe I will be trying this version of cheesesteak out. Looks so good.
