Hurts Dems, just like the current riots have done...Trump is seen as pro "Law and Order" and conservatives, in theory, are too conservative to "riot"....

Whether it's correct or not, rioters are most closely associated with the Left....so if there are riots if the GOP tries to confirm before the Election, it won't go well for Democrats..

Also, Pelosi recently came out against riots....so she'll have egg on her face is she's silent on them early this time around...
