I didn't think it could have been done before the Election so I do give credit to President Trump and the Senate for doing it rather quickly...I don't know where this ranks in terms of how quick a Justice was nominated to being sworn-in, but I would think it would be in the Top 10 quickest... The other thing I was initially weary of in nominating before the Election is the turnout of the GOP if a Justice was already sworn-in. I thought it would create greater turnout for those "on-the-fence" voters who don't like Trump's behavior but really want original jurists like ACB on the Supreme Court (just like in 2016). Case-in-point; I watched some of the CNN post-debate panel last week and they had someone interview some "undecided" North Carolina voters on there and one conservative individual clearly didn't like Trump but disliked abortion so much that he would have voted for Trump to get another conservative on the Supreme Court, and told the CNN "reporter" that now that ABC is secured, there's no reason for him to vote Trump and he's leaning Biden...how many conservative voters also feel that way? It remains to be seen.... 1. If you are anti abortion you are not voting Biden 2. He delivered versus waited when waiting could have cost us our country if the election itself ends up there. 3. I think these CNN undecideds are plants. Biden never even listed his picks. If the person wanted ACB and got her, why would they not vote or go Dem? Thats the dumbest thing I ever heard. Ahhh not so fast. I think our own Kramer will/would. Just sayin....

I found an article about the undecided voter I described... link
From the article: The four still-undecided voters mostly said they want to see if any more information emerges about either candidate before Nov. 3, but one voter had a very specific event in mind involving the Supreme Court and Trump's nominee for the open seat. "Well, I'm pro-life, so I'd like to see, you know, whether Judge [Amy Coney] Barrett gets on the court," he said. If she does, "I'll probably vote for Biden," because "I think that he is a stronger leader who is more willing to support fair elections and lead both parties more back toward the center and away from extremism." But if she doesn't get on the court, he'll probably choose Trump. This is my concern - there are more voters like him who vote for Trump based on his Supreme Court picks...now that he's got 3 through, voters who hold their nose while voting for Trump don't have to anymore....

I’m sure there will be some like that but wow I think that’s a SMALL percent.
