Ruger redhawk hangs on the headboard. Even if she misses the muzzle blast would be enough to set the bedroom on fire. Wifey cant work the action on the Sig 227 so thats on my side. No shit on that Ruger, i have one in Colt .45, a beast. Sig just continue to make some real, real fine weapons. Last few years I look at what ive bought and there are several of them and they have become favorites; the Sig M-4 and the .45. , model 227 Still I carry the 686.....?! Just fits nice, easy to conceal. A .45 on my side I need web gear, hell I'm just a chunky guy under 6 feet tall! I would carry the Ruger solely if it wasn't so damn uncomfortable.

So, my Turkeys kinda caught up to me. I am just drunk enough to take some firearms to the range, or talk shit around here. Of course I will go shoot, we cling to our guns and Bibles around here so Hussein Obama said. Jk about shooting while drunk, who needs any mind alteration when you are throwing mega rounds downrange?!? Anyone have a few hundred rounds of .308? My AR-10 hasn't been out for about a year and that thing is fun to shoot, yo have 500 casings around you before you know it. I have just a few rounds above a thousand, a weekend at best... Any particular gun you guys love to shoot, and why do you like it? With all the weapons I have, when it comes to a rifle for deer I go to the Savage 110 because it always answers the bell, fits into my shoulder just fine and the bolt slides like its on its own. For range work its all about semi-auto or pistols, I half suck at pistol work I'm afraid. Sig Sauer makes a real fine M-4, a gun monkeys dream to break down and their version of the Colt .45 auto is just outstanding. I ALWAYS am buying more rounds for these guns, ALWAYS. But THE favorite for me now is the SAGA semi auto 12 gauge!!!! Driving my buddy crazy wanting to use it all the time, but its a dream busting up filled water bottles with it and old stumps, just disappears in front of you. It just chews through shit. With money saved from no football I am getting one and two tons of shells to break it in this fall. BTW, I am the best shot on this board. Its true, just accept it. I have...damn handsome and a real badazz too Would love to throw back few with you and see. I am nothing more then capable of shooting yes I have a 375 yard prairie dog confirmed kill with a .270. My weapon of choice now is a 45-70 shooting black powder, yardage is 250 to 1000 plus....... using iron sights...... just for the fun of it. I did have a Smith and Wesson Model 19 with Pacmyr grips and 3 speed loaders for my armed security gig. Biggest mistake I made was selling it but I replaced it with a .45 ACP as my side arm...why because shooting something twice is just silly.

Kudos on the homeland jobs, dude! I do not pack the gear for that, though considered joining my brother, but had to live in NJ, so.....BUT, I will throw rounds, one way range, thank you very much, with a rifle or pistol with anyone! or no one. When I think about it, I throw an excessive amount, rarely a day not shooting. But its often more something I do after walking around, just swing by and empty some clips then clean them up real nice. Wife says it is an issue, but not a problem. She will let me know before it becomes a problem, for sure.... BTW, with a rifle, let me tell ya! I have a lot of stories, but here is a true one, with no sad endings. Coyotes, in a big way. Game Comm just had hands. Started taking down dogs, in yards, and they had to go. snotbubbles received homemade wine, whole deer loins, and much props from the neighbors for making them gone. Took two weeks, a sore ass, and some fine shooting, including a double! But seven died, rest moved on. My neighbor had five kills on his ground, alone. I like coyotes, really admire them actually, but they don't work well with dogs, so you cant have that.

Smoked, that shoots .45 acp AND 410 shells?? I could use one of those, a round of 410 for snakes followed up with the .45 for bears and what not. I don't own a Taurus but have shot several and the seem well made and as accurate as the shooter. Prices are great on them too! Now, can I go into minute detail on that "double" I made on two running coyotes. Caught first one just starting to take off, head shot. Rest go flying but one kind of kept looking back, gave me nice neck target. One in neck one in shoulder, I kind of got excited with that second shot I guess because I didn't need it, just a double tap reflex or some shit. Point is fired three shots at two moving targets, offhand, and scored kill shots with all. Let me tell ya I am good.

Shooting coyotes on the run is good practice in case the time ever comes that we have to defend ourselves against terrorists. At least as good of practice as one can get without having bullets coming back at you.

I’m looking for one of these. I shot one at my cousins over the weekend. It’s pretty sweet. We spent the whole day shooting targets then clay birds. He has a awesome Benelli 828 U Sport (Way too pricy for my wallet) we were shooting birds with. My god I was in love at first shot! That thing is the sweetest shooting shotgun I’ve ever shot! I thought I had a lot of guns and ammo but he truly has an Arsenal. He has anything you could imagine! He told me he has a total of 347 guns, and that’s after selling off some.

I want one too. 347 weapons is a shit ton, that takes some space too! I have quite a few, but maybe only 80-90, I never sold one yet, but have given four pistols and a shotgun to my Kidd.

Friend of mine always says if you can count the number of guns you have it is not enough. I have 2 safes full along with some important papers, but I still have guns laying around, under kids bed, in trunks of cars, etc. Guess I need another safe. Looking at a Brown or Grafunder custom for real protection.
