Holman, is this part of your portfolio? Will this ripple to any others? Luckily I was out of XRP Nov 24. I'm thinking it will go back down to around 30-27ish cents. It will be around $3-$4 by end of 2021. The XRP ride from 11/20/20 35cents to 11/24/20 72 cents was nice Should not effect other coins. I however was not so lucky with YFI, that one set me back a little!! coinmarketcap.com/currencies/yearn-finance/It went from july 21 $900 to sept 12 40k I got in on sept 21 thinking it would post a higher high. Rode that thing until nov 26, got out just over 1k down. Should have just waited till dec 2 to get out coulda woulda shoulda been up 6k. Time is to valuable in crypto to have funds tied up that long. Unlees of course you are in it for the long haul. then just buy the dips and hodl for dear life. XRP should have been the 20k investment YFI should have been the 1k investment, I let greed and emotion get me on that one. Just because one coin does it don't mean the next one will.

Big mistake if true. Take the dollars and then can invest with buy/sell triggers. I think Bitcoin will crash sometime late winter or early spring. This will be a good thread to track it over time

www.express.co.uk/finance/city/1377180/bitcoin-price-latest-tim-draper-jp-morgan-estimate-max-keiserThe same JP Morgan that said BTC was bad a couple years ago. Now says it could be worth 650k by end of 2022. The dollar is dead you cant just print money, send it to other country's as a kickback money laundering racket. I would not be the least surprised to see it back around 14k(it's 28k as I type) then it will go to 40k plus back down to 25k than up to 80k plus By that time I would expect 5k daily moves either way. 30k drops and gains over a week will be the norm.

Very possible on the up/down moves Watch the GA senate seats steal, if Dems get 2 its 50/50 and VP breaks ties. If the steal isn’t stopped then Heels Up is tie breaker. Then the trillions of spending will send us off the financial cliff.

Big mistake if true. Take the dollars and then can invest with buy/sell triggers. I think Bitcoin will crash sometime late winter or early spring. This will be a good thread to track it over time Looks like it was his 2020 salary, every week he got paid 1/2 USD and 1/2 BTC. If I'm not mistaken they get paid during regular season game checks. 17 pay checks. Is that correct? So week 1 he was paid $382K USD and $383k worth of BTC /37 of them at $10,300 per BTC) they are worth 1.03 million today. Week 2 10,800 per BTC Week 3 10,740 per BTC for easy math puts 1/2 his salary at $3.09 million worth of BTC vs it would have been $1.14 million in USD Nearly tripled 1/2 his salary. With out going and looking at BTC price each week, lets assume he only doubles the BTC 1/2 of his salary for the year. His 13 mill salary is now worth 20 mill

^^^
Yes if already started he is up this year. But he could drop as fast. If he cashes out to dollars he is ahead but if he’s long it could backfire. I think near term it goes up but long is down. But like you said many ups and downs along the way.
At a point people will cash out and drive it downward. If he gets stuck at top it might get bumpy.

New guidance allowing US banks to use public-blockchains and dollar stablecoins as a settlement-infrastructure in the US financial system. Banks can treat public-chains as infrastructure similar to SWIFT, ACH and FedWire, and stablecoins like USDC as electronic stored value. Paves the way for the use of leading dollar digital currencies such as USDC as a mainstream payment medium for all forms of payments and settlement, and helps put the US in a leadership position in embracing the power of public blockchains. Beyond payments and settlement, and unlike legacy settlement mediums, public-chains combine transactions and compute, enabling a radically new modes of financial and commerce apps to be built. It also sets the stage for more regulated financial institutions to run blockchain nodes, and even become validators. www.nasdaq.com/articles/us-federal-regulator-says-banks-can-conduct-payments-using-stablecoins-2021-01-04
