"For those who believe that this nation remains fraught with inequality and racism, the NFL is not the league for you. This is the league that has come that far. This is the league of athletes and coaches intent on creating the best football team they can and along the way enjoying the lifelong friends that they make in the journey, no matter their skin color. 

Decrying the fact that there is no absolute ethnic equity in every aspect of the game is an overkill pursuit of social justice, all its pinchers intent on destroying the fabric of this wonderful American sport. We shouldn't let it happen. If 'football is family' like the marketeers of the National Football League say it is, then let's stand together in what bonds us--the game--not the platform it creates for those intent on dividing us."

You're right Mr. Townes; a league so diverse, it created a team policy that requires it's teams to interview ethnic-minority candidates for head coaching and senior football operation jobs...

The NFL is the least racist, flat out not true. This is a league that, as Uncle pointed out, requires minority interviews prior to hiring coaches and front office personal, and just this last offseason kicked around the idea of awarding extra draft picks to a team that hired one of those minorities.

This is a league that is going to play a black national anthem before each opening day game.

This is a league that is going to allow so called racial victims names on helmets this season.

This is league that is promoting that players kneel during the real NATIONAL ANTHEM this season.

This is a league that is so deep into the BLM that the league asks "what would you like us to do next"?

Least racist, simply not true. I would say that is the NHL is going to quickly overtake the No Fans Left league.
