Fenix "Kulak" Ammunition @fenixammunition We've had a few potential customers call this morning to ask why they have to check a box stating they did not vote for Joe Biden in order to purchase our ammunition. 9:17 AM · Feb 11, 2021·Twitter Web App 585 Retweets 203 Quote Tweets 2,573 Likes
Fenix "Kulak" Ammunition · 5h Replying to @fenixammunition First question - are we serious?
Yes, we are serious. Joe Biden ran on a campaign built on the most radical gun control platform a major party candidate has ever had, including banning the online sale of ammunition. Essentially, a plan to bankrupt our company. 6 95 1.2K
Fenix "Kulak" Ammunition · 5h Second question - couldn't I have voted for him for other reasons?
Sure, that's possible, but if you did, you should immediately sell any firearms you own out of solidarity. 2 65 1K
Fenix "Kulak" Ammunition · 5h Third question - are you really willing to walk away from a paying customer simply because they voted for Joe Biden?
Yes, yes we are. We're dead serious. 16 106 1.2K
Fenix "Kulak" Ammunition · 5h We don't want your money, and you shouldn't want us to have it because we're going to use it to make more ammo, sell it to the citizenry, and do everything in our power to prevent Joe Biden's administration from usurping the rights of Americans. 7 91 1.2K
Fenix "Kulak" Ammunition · 5h We have no problem talking to Biden voters and educating them on what they did, but they have to be willing to acknowledge their ignorance at the very least. We're not going to sit here and debate with you.
We're a 2A company and these are our first principles.

Best case he is stopped in the Senate and unable to enact even expanded background checks. Worst case is he is able to pass a ban on semi automatic rifles and high capacity mags and MORE importantly subject gun manufacturers to liability claims anytime one of their weapons is used and someone is injured (self defense or not, it's won't matter, it will kill the industry) They have quite a few hurdles not the least of which is ending the filibuster. They also have Manchin and I doubt he caves on this one. Guns are part of WV's culture as they are in many rural states and even though he can't be trusted on a lot of things, this is one issue I see him standing up on. He will likely be willing to compromise on expanded background checks. His vote will also be offset by several Rino's but not enough to get to 60 votes needed to kill a filibuster imo. We also have SCOTUS and we are in a better position than ever to have a more detailed ruling in favor of the individual right to keep and bear arms. That said with Roberts in charge I hold my breath a little as he could allow a lower court ruling to stand and not even hear challenges.

I have to GTFO of this communist shit-hole state. Our Rino Governor vetoed this bullshit but the commies in the general assembly overrode the veto last week. Now,,, no one can private purchase, rent or even loan a long gun to anyone, even friends and family without paying a fee and going through a background check... These fuckers are out of their minds! Want to let your buddy use your shotgun at a shooting match, rent a gun at the range? Not happening without going through this bullshit! I don’t know how they expect to enforce this shit? I can sure as hell guarantee that if I’m hunting with my buddies and one of them wants to borrow one of my guns I’ll let them and we aren’t going to abide by this horse-shit! www.nraila.org/articles/20210212/maryland-general-assembly-overrides-vetoes-of-private-transfer-bans
